Terms of Reference: This
working group addresses issues related to space weather effects on aircraft and
spacecraft. These includes the following environment and effects. Environments:
plasma, particle radiation, electromagnetic, micro-particles. Effects: ESD, EMC
SEU, Dose effects on living cells , electronic components, and subsystems.
